On October 24, 2024 (U.S. Eastern Time), BIWL P.C. participated in an immigration and visa–focused online seminar co-hosted by several East Coast university alumni associations.

The event was moderated by Attorney Hong Zhang, with BIWL P.C. advisory attorney Yu Lu serving as a guest speaker, sharing practical insights on common visa pathways and immigration planning.

Attorney Yu is Of Counsel to the firm with over 10 years of legal experience, focusing on business immigration and a broad range of nonimmigrant and immigrant visa matters, including L-1, O-1, EB-1, PERM-based EB-2 and EB-3, NIW, EB-5, H-1B, and other employment- and family-based petitions.
