Having studied, worked, and lived in the United States for nearly two decades, Mr. Liu has developed a deep understanding of cross-border trade, cross-border investment, and overseas capital markets, and has also personally invested in multiple enterprises.

Mr. Liu previously worked at a boutique law firm in the United States and later served as General Counsel and Corporate Secretary for large enterprises.
