Sophia Zhang has over 15 years of cross-border legal service experience in both China and the United States, with a strong background in leadership, team management, and business strategy. Trained in both the Chinese and U.S. legal systems, she regularly advises Chinese companies, investors, and individual clients on cross-border legal matters, with extensive experience in business immigration, intellectual property, international trade compliance, corporate transactions, and regulatory compliance.
Ms. Zhang has practiced at leading full-service law firms in China, boutique law firms in the United States, and in-house legal teams of large multinational enterprises, giving her a comprehensive understanding of both law firm practice and corporate legal operations. In addition to her legal practice, she has been actively involved in leadership roles within nonprofit organizations, reflecting her ongoing commitment to public service and social responsibility.

Regularly prepares and issues Rule 144 legal opinions for issuers and shareholders, analyzing holding periods, transfer conditions, and resale eligibility of restricted securities, and supporting private placements, PIPE transactions, equity incentive programs, and secondary market resales.
